My company is receiving letters from Health Integrity on all claims what can I do to resolve these audits?

Typically you should be able to resolve the pre-payment development after responding to the first round of audits.  If you responded and received denials from the DME MAC your documentation was missing key elements of medical necessity not met.  I would be happy to assist you with finding the problems, developing a corrective action plan and working through the appeal process.
